Sales Tax:
There is 3% sales tax on tea. Teapots, cups, brewing equipment and accessories are subject to 8.1% sales tax for the residents of Colorado only.
Shipping Schedule & Rates:
All orders ship within 1 to 2 Business Days after we receive them.
If your order is delayed for any reason (an item is temporarily out of stock, we're out of town on a buying trip, etc.), we'll send you an e-mail advising you of the delay and giving an estimated shipping date.
Depending on Package Size, Weight and Destination, we ship via UPS (United Parcel Service) and the USPS (United States Postal Service). If there is a specific shipping method you want us to use, or special delivery instructions (like: "Leave package at Front Door," etc.), please use the "Special Instructions / Gift Message" box on our check-out form.

Our Domestic UPS Standard (3-5 day) Ground or USPS First-Class rate is only $8.00.
Standard UPS or USPS 3-5 day Ground to Canada is only $ 12.00.
Same-Day or Next-Day Air is an additional fee, please call us for a quote.

Canadian orders over $ 100.00 usd also get FREE shipping!
If the Post Office or UPS returns a package to us as undeliverable, due to an error in addressing on our part, we will re-ship the package. If the error is because you supplied an invalid address, or the addressee was not available to receive the package and did not pick it up or make re-delivery arrangements, then we will refund to the purchaser the cost of the merchandise only. We use UPS & USPS to ship orders, and the ECI Corp gateways to bill customers for their purchases. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
